Odoo Support Contract (4 Hours/ Month)
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
Response Time: We guarantee a response to your support requests within 2 working days.
Resolution Time: We strive to resolve incidents within 6 working days.
Monthly Support Hours: The minimum monthly support hours are 4, extra hours will cost 550 EGP per hour. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
Scope of Services:
Our support services cover Odoo incidents, implementation requests, and training inquiries.
Development requests, such as custom module development or significant customizations, are considered separate services and will be subject to additional discounted pricing of 1000 EGP/ hour.
* All requests/ incidents should be logged in our portal before we start working on it.
